STUBBZ is a coming of age workplace comedy series which follows the day-to-day life of a young apathetic Nova Cinema 6 movie theater staff.

We've all had that first job...The fast-food joint, the retail store...

Pilot Synopsis: On the verge of going under the Nova Cinema 6 adds a new team member to its ranks, "The New Kid", who is more than enthusiastic to start his new job.

The veteran employee, Joey, takes the New Kid under his wing and shows him all the ins and outs of the theater, of his apathetic co-workers, and just exactly what working the movies is all about.

Inspired by real events

Stubbz is inspired by creator Harrison Stagner's first job at a movie theater and all the joys of the stories it created. From sanitary nightmares, deranged customers, and an environment of never knowing what's could happen next.

Stubbz reminisces on what it's like as a teenager having a job where sometimes you love it sometimes you hate it. With a lighthearted fun tone, the series blends the best of teenage angst and workplace antics.
